This year is Bosom Friend's 10th Anniversary and to celebrate the event we are compiling a celebration recipe book made up of tasty recipes and cullinery secrets from people in our local area. The book is in it's early stages with recipes currently being collected, so there is still plenty of time for you to put pen to paper and submit your own tried and tested delights! We plan for the book to have a real emphasis on our local area and we are looking for historic food-related photographs from in and around Barnoldswick eg. an old picture of a local butchers or the butcher himself! We would also like to hear from you with any local food-related stories or poems that may compliment the recipes and pictures. This recipe book is a really exciting project for B.E.Bosom Friends and we hope that it will be a success to satisfy stomachs for miles around!  ALL the proceeds from the sales of the book will go to the group and will help people in our local area who are faced with cancer.  You can email your recipes, poems, stories and pictures to angusbrennan@aol.com and please remember to include your name and contact details.
