Bosom Friends has now been running as a cancer support group for 12 years now, and with the help of local people and businesses, we have raised over two hundred and fifty thousand pounds.

Who We Help

The group support people in the Pendle, Craven and Ribble Valley areas, who are suffering with cancer. This could be individuals, or families. In fact anyone, any age, and any type of cancer.

We give practical help to people, e.g. help with transport costs for hospital visits, and help with petrol costs, heating, medical equipment, etc. The group has also helped terminal children to have trips to Lapland, Disney World, or just a week-end break for families and individuals. The group are all volunteers, which consist of four trustees, Fundraisers, and group members.
